The villa was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating all 11 of us without feeling cramped. Each of the 5 bedrooms had ensuite facilities which was perfect. The children absolutely adored the pool and the outside area offered plenty of space for them to play. We enjoyed several BBQs during our stay and the villa had all the necessary facilities. The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from a beautiful beach. The outdoor space was simply amazing, with a stunning garden and a large, clean pool. The villa itself was lovely, with generously sized rooms and living areas. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay hassle-free. The hospitality was faultless. The location was great, being within walking distance of the town, strip, and beach, but not too close to be noisy. Villa Eva provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay, perfect for groups of friends or families seeking a comfortable and peaceful getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The outside space was lovely and private, with a big and clean pool. The villa had great sized rooms and living areas, and all the rooms had balconies. The bathrooms at Villa Eva were absolutely amazing! They had everything you could ever need - a shower to freshen up, a hot tub to relax in, and a bath to unwind. As a vegan, I loved having the option to relax in a hot tub after a long day exploring Ayia Napa. It made me feel pampered and luxurious.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the hot tub. It just wasn't my thing, but I'm sure others would enjoy it.
