The villa was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating all 11 of us without feeling cramped. Each of the 5 bedrooms had ensuite facilities which was perfect. The children absolutely adored the pool and the outside area offered plenty of space for them to play. We enjoyed several BBQs during our stay and the villa had all the necessary facilities. The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from a beautiful beach. The outdoor space was simply amazing, with a stunning garden and a large, clean pool. The villa itself was lovely, with generously sized rooms and living areas. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay hassle-free. The hospitality was faultless. The location was great, being within walking distance of the town, strip, and beach, but not too close to be noisy. Villa Eva provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay, perfect for groups of friends or families seeking a comfortable and peaceful getaway.

The villa provided ample space for all of us, with each room having its own en suite bathroom. The outside area was fantastic, with a spacious and private garden where the children could play freely. The pool was larger than we expected and provided great fun for the kids. The location of the villa was ideal, just a short walk away from bars, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful and always available to assist us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful family holiday and will definitely consider staying at Villa Eva again next year.
For families with children, my wife suggests that the villa could benefit from some modernization and new furnishings.

The bathrooms at Villa Eva were absolutely amazing! They had everything you could ever need - a shower to freshen up, a hot tub to relax in, and a bath to unwind. As a vegan, I loved having the option to relax in a hot tub after a long day exploring Ayia Napa. It made me feel pampered and luxurious.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the hot tub. It just wasn't my thing, but I'm sure others would enjoy it.

Stayed at a villa with a pool and patio, felt like a real fancy lady. Free WiFi and parking, even had a balcony.
Just a small inconvenience, had to endure the tile/marble floor. Such a burden, I know.

Personally, I didn't really use the hot tub. However, I can see how others might enjoy it.

The pool was fantastic, much bigger than expected, and the cleanliness was top-notch. the location was perfect for us - just a short walk to supermarkets and restaurants, and a bit further to the beach. a great place for a relaxing trip with friends.
There were a few minor issues. there weren't enough cutlery for all of us, which was a bit inconvenient.
